Refund policy

The $250 Batch 0 reservation deposit is fully refundable. A reservation holds a position in the Batch 0 allocation and does not constitute a vehicle purchase agreement.

A refund may be requested at any time before a purchase agreement is executed. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the issuing bank.

Specifications, pricing, production quantities, and delivery timing are preliminary and subject to change as development progresses. If Batch 0 is materially changed or cancelled, deposits are refunded in full.
